Event Description

KRU Muay Thai Head Instructor Master Ace Ramirez will be teaching a KRU Muay Thai workshop featuring fundamental and intermediate training methods perfect for the novice and above.

If you have no experience, this is the perfect introduction for you. If you have trained before, you will get insights into the KRU method of practice and take your strategies to the next level.

Equipment Needed: T-Shirt, Shorts (KRU Thai shorts preferred), handwraps, 12 oz boxing gloves, optional shinguards
