KRU Instructors Weekend
Wow 25 hours of training this past weekend!!! If you missed the KRU Instructors Oreintation 1 this past weekend, you missed out! This weekend was filled with material in business, curriculum, and live training.
I personally have been training with mulitple instructors, teaching me how to punch, kick, throw, and grapple. But i really never got to learn the office side of the martial arts. I know there are people out there that just want to train and teach, but i want to one day have my…

Where do i start? let see, when i was a young boy i grew up in norfolk, virgina as a small frame kid. i was picked on while i was in school by the bigger kids, but i always fight back letting them know i might be small but i have a big bite. My older brother started wrestling when he got into high school and would always come home and teach me what he learned in practice. I was only in the fifth grade. He was my first instructor!!
