-new month,new goal,new destiny-

My stand-up game is improving little by little...I'm learning to think more and think fast instead of just going out there and fighting. Because of this, I am overanalyzing everything I do in my stand-up game to make sure I am not making any more mistakes.

This injury is definitely improving too. To be honest, recently I've been having these daydreams and fantasies about becoming a professional fighter. Although this bar is set pretty high, it literally would be my dream come true. During training, that has been my only thought: do this right and you can go somewhere. And in the past few weeks, I've began to start running again, jump roping, stretching at home with the rubber band I received from PT a while ago. I really wanna go back to Physical Therapy to strengthen my muscles and to prevent further damage but I need a better doctor. I don't want to look into any forms of treatment until I am 100% sure of what the hell is wrong.

My grades in school are also fantastic right now. I have all As and only 2 Bs, which is not bad compared to my grades in the first trimester. My stress level is much lower and I've learned to manage my time better. But, my sleep schedule has been messed up so I really need to start sleeping before 11PM like I used to.

So overall goals for this month (and ongoing)?

-correct mistakes in stand-up game and continue to improve

-learn to love my ground game from back control and any positions not putting stress on my injury

-find a decent doctor, find out what's up, and treat this thing

-keep my grades up

-go to sleep at 11PM every night :P

-FIX MY DIET! [my diet used to be so strict that I wouldn't eat something if the sugar was 3g or more, greater than the protein...right now I've been eating everything and anything and it would make me really crazy one day and really down the next..]

Well, it's a new month and with this, new goals and a new destiny <3
